Comment se connecter à Shadow ?
Lors de votre première connexion sur votre compte Shadow, il faut renseigner votre adresse mail ainsi que votre mot de passe. Vous allez alors avoir accès à une interface vous demandant de rentrer un code d'authentification, envoyé à l'adresse mail que vous avez renseigné.
Pourquoi Shadow n'est pas disponible ?
Si vous n'avez pas reçu de mail de confirmation et que vous ne pouvez pas vous connecter après plusieurs heures, il est possible que votre Shadow ne soit pas encore disponible. Veuillez alors consulter votre espace personnel à la rubrique "Mes commandes" pour voir si votre Shadow est bien disponible.
