What is NexGard for dogs used for?
- NexGard® (afoxolaner) is the only product that is FDA-approved to prevent Lyme infections in dogs as a result of killing black-legged ticks. For puppies 8 weeks of age or older, weighing 4 pounds or more. NexGard (afoxolaner) is for use in dogs only.
