Dans le cadre d'une inflammation du pourtour des articulations (tendinites), de traumatismes articulaires bénins de type œdème, entorse, la dose de Diclofénac 1 % est 1 application locale 3 à 4 fois par jour, ce qui correspond à 2,5 g de gel par application (ruban de 6 cm). Ce traitement ne doit pas dépasser 4 jours.
