Comment prendre les tickets restaurant ?

Pour accepter le paiement en titre Ticket Restaurant® au sein de votre établissement, vous devez disposer d'un agrément délivré par la Commission Nationale des Titres Restaurant, la CNTR. Si vous n'êtes pas encore agréé, vous devez faire votre demande à la CNTR.

Où trouver mon code CRT ?

Par courrier : CRT Services - 93731 Bobigny Cedex 9....Lors de votre affiliation, vous avez reçu une lettre d'accueil vous délivrant :

1. votre code affilié (code unique),
2. votre mot de passe pour accéder à votre espace personnel,
3. des bordereaux de remise personnalisés (sur lesquels est également mentionné votre code affilié).

Connectez-vous à votre espace personnel sur le site www.crt.asso.fr 2. Enregistrez vos titres et votre bordereau CRT Traitement à l'aide d'une douchette ou saisissez manuellement les références. 3. Complétez votre bordereau CRT Traitement, soit via l'impression automatique, soit via un report manuel.

Est-ce qu'on peut refuser les tickets restaurants ?

S'agissant des titres restaurant, l'employeur a l'obligation de prouver qu'il a bien respecté l'égalité de traitement, en les proposant à tous les salariés. Il est donc recommandé de demander au salarié qui souhaite refuser les titres restaurant de le mentionner par écrit.
