A partir du 1er octobre 2021, une carte d'identité ne sera plus suffisante comme document de voyage pour se rendre au Royaume-Uni. Tous les voyageurs européens devront être munis d'un passeport en cours de validité pour aller Outre-Manche. Pour des séjours de plus de trois mois, un visa sera par ailleurs demandé.
