Bon à savoir : il n'y a pas de fromage en cave toute l'année ; la fabrication, liée à la production de lait et à l'agnelage est saisonnière. Si l'odeur du Roquefort vous incommode, profitez-en pour faire la visite, à partir de juillet jusqu'à octobre, novembre, vous êtes tranquille.

Comme nous l'avons dit précédemment, il est possible de visiter trois caves de Roquefort : Société, Papillon et Gabriel Coulet.
