How do I cancel my DriveU account?

You may cancel the booking within 30 minutes prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all Services. The customer is liable for Rs 100/- charge if the trip is cancelled thereafter. When a trip ends, DriveU driver ends the trip on the DriveU Partner app on his mobile device.

Can we hire a driver?

Yes, you can. You can book your driver requirements either on online on our web portal or can download our mobile app and book using it. You can also call our 24/7 customer care phone number to hire drivers.

How reliable is Driveu?

You cannot trust this app. They are not reliable and they don't even bother to inform you in advance that they couldn't arrange a driver for you. If customers paying 1000/- , drivers will get only 650/- only.

How much do drivers charge in India?

Your private driver anytime @ ₹79/hr. Pay by the minute after the first hour. ( ₹1.32/- per minute after the first hour). One-way charges of ₹50 + ₹5/km after 5 kms, upto ₹200.
