Prendre une cuillère à café (environ 2 g) dans un verre d'eau de préférence le matin à jeun ou lorsque vous en ressentez le besoin avant un repas. En cas d'intoxication alimentaire, prendre 1 g/kg de poids corporel de charbon végétal actif dans un verre d'eau.
