How do I pay with IZLY?
From the Izly mobile application: Click on the “Pay” button, which automatically generates a one-time QR code. Check the amount displayed on the till. Swipe the QR code generated on your phone screen on the till's QR code reader, wait for a few moments and the payment is made.
How do I get an Izly card?
You must be declared eligible to the Izly service by your CROUS (Students Services). You will then receive an activation e-mail allowing you to confirm your registration with Izly and containing your temporary secret code. Activation of your Izly account from your email: Click on the link included in the email.
How do I unblock my Izly account?
Your account is deactivated. You will be able to reactivate it by applying to your CROUS (Student Services). Enter your mobile phone number and the temporary secret code included in the activation email.

How do I top up my Izly card?
From your Personal Space on your Izly account: Click on the “Top-up my account” button in the left-hand side menu on the homepage then click on “Top-up with a bank card”. Choose the amount you want to pay in your Izly account and confirm. To finalise the top-up, enter the secret code number sent to your mobile phone.
