How does ISL swimming work?
A standard ISL match takes place during two days. Each day consists of three 30-35 minute sessions, divided by two 10 minute breaks. Each day two adjacent lanes are randomly assigned to each club where the swimmers shall race in the lanes until the end of each competition day.
