Après avoir peint une zone et tant que celle-ci est encore humide, vous pouvez faire ce qu'on appelle « Ouvrir un blanc ». Pour cela, il suffit de passer votre pinceau propre et légèrement imbibé d'eau sur la zone concernée. Les pigments vont alors être poussés par l'eau propre vers l'extérieur.
