Le passe Navigo est délivré gratuitement aux personnes résidant ou travaillant en Île-de-France. Il peut être obtenu : immédiatement dans une agence commerciale des transporteurs, certains comptoirs RATP (en présentant un justificatif d'identité et un justificatif de domicile).

Une agence pour souscrire ou gérer son abonnement Navigo est également présente dans la gare, au niveau du village service, dans la salle d'échanges. Elle est ouverte du lundi au vendredi de 7h à 19h.
