Quelle différence entre DUT et but ?
Le BUT correspond à 180 crédits européens soit un niveau bac + 3. Ceux qui ont validé 120 crédits obtiennent le diplôme intermédiaire de DUT (diplôme universitaire de technologie, à bac + 2) à l'issue de leurs deux premières années.

Il est vrai que les bacheliers de la filière générale sont nombreux à postuler en IUT. En 2019-2020, ils constituaient 63 % des nouveaux entrants en IUT, quelle que soit la spécialité.
